Invitation only. Editorial standard always.

Brands in the MOE directory are not here because they applied. They are here because we found them, used what they make, and decided they belong. Every listing comes with an editorial piece explaining why.

We reach out to brands we believe in. Not the other way around. If we have not used it, it does not get listed. If the story is not worth telling, neither is the brand.

Not mass-market. In-house or collaborative design. Not white-label, not factory-generic. There must be a reason this product exists beyond filling a shelf.

Ethically sourced. Transparent about where materials come from. Certification is highlighted. Transparency is the minimum.

Better than the generic alternative. Must articulate why it exists. Not price alone, not prestige. A genuine craft or care story behind every listing.

Verified qualifications for service providers. Recognised certification for sleep. MAS-licensed for finance. No exceptions.

Passes our contact test. We reach out as a prospective customer. If we do not get a response, or the response is poor, we do not list.

No active unresolved complaints. Clean record on public channels at time of review. Annual renewal required.
